Door pickup — give the exact sender address (building, street, locality — e.g. "Flat 12, Sai Krupa CHS, Juhu Koliwada, Santacruz West"), not just the city. We collect from this address in Mumbai. At the destination, the receiver collects the parcel from the station counter — we don't yet offer door delivery outside Mumbai.

Bookings are stored in our secure cloud database. Only authenticated staff accounts can view the full list, update statuses, or clear records — the public can only look up a booking they already have the ID for.

Not verified by me: Bandra Terminus parcel office timings and cut-off, which trains accept parcels today, your lease vendor's name, rates and terms. Fill these in from your contract and a visit to the parcel office.
Tip: in the print dialog, choose "Save as PDF" as the destination to download it instead of printing on paper.
Open this on the phone that's physically with the parcel (driver/porter) and tap "Use my current location" at each stop — or type coordinates manually if you already know them. This is a staff-updated position, not an automatic GPS tracker on the rake/truck itself.
Live sharing uses the staff phone’s browser GPS while this control stays active. It is not railway hardware telemetry.
